CEO Update – February 2025

We are very grateful as we watch how God is directing and leading Mount Hermon during this season of transition. This past year we saw God continue to refresh, renew, and transform many lives in amazing ways. Mount Hermon ministries are doing very well and all of our camps are growing and impacting more people. We are thankful for God’s continued blessing of all the Mount Hermon ministries and we have experienced His faithfulness to us in so many ways. God continues to reveal Himself to us as He guides and directs our steps, just as He has done for the past 118 years.
We continue to diligently search for the next President/CEO for Mount Hermon. Our search firm continues interviewing candidates as we seek the person God has selected to serve with us. We continue to search for someone with significant camp experience, strong visionary leadership, proven development experience, and a deep love for Jesus. Our search committee will continue to evaluate possible candidates as we move forward. Our desire is to have someone in place soon, but we are committed to following God as He leads and directs us with His perfect timetable.
As we continue to search for God’s candidate, we ask for your continued prayers for our search firm, the search committee and for the Board of Directors and Trustees. Please be praying that God would reveal His candidate to us and that we continue to listen carefully and closely follow His direction.
