Sunday Update 8/16/2009 8:15am

Fog this morning at Mount Hermon. The smoke smell has cleared. Look forward to seeing new faces for camp this week! As the fire is 40% contained and predicted to be out by 8/23/09, we will only provide additional updates if progress reverses or there are any impacts to our guests. Right now it appears we are “out of the woods.” Fortunately this fire was in a very remote area with few homes. Certain areas are being allowed back to their houses.
