Mount Hermon’s Search for It’s Next President/CEO

This past week we officially launched our search for the next President/CEO for Mount Hermon. Our Board has appointed a search committee that has Board, Trustee, Staff and Associates representation and our committee has started the process and we are all excited as the search moves forward! The Board has also selected The Dingman Group as our Executive Search firm to assist with the search! The Dingman Group has conducted many searches for Christian organizations and we look forward to working closely with them.

Our Search Committee is listening carefully to God’s direction as we search for the person God has been preparing to lead Mount Hermon. We realize the significance of the task before us, but we are confident that God is preparing our next leader and that He will guide and direct our steps to the one He is preparing! Our Committee is listening carefully and following closely as we seek God’s leader for Mount Hermon.

As we listen carefully, we ask that you join us praying each day for the process of the search, that we are careful listeners and that we follow God’s still voice. Please pray that the candidate will be receptive to God’s leading and that we will be unanimous in our selection. Please pray for the Dingman Group as they begin initial interviews with potential candidates and then please pray for the selection process. God is leading and directing our steps and we are all excited to see who God has selected to lead us.
