Kidder’s Ready for Summer!

Kidder Creek is open for ministry! As you read this newsletter Kidder Creek is deep into summer ministry preparations and hosting day use guests for adventures. Summer staff training is underway and we’re looking forward to a full summer of sharing the good news of Jesus while we adventure outside in God’s creation. We are so grateful for the kind words, prayers and financial support that have sustained us during this last year and for your partnership in the mission and ministry of Kidder Creek. Your radical generosity has been a blessing and is helping us move forward with hope and confidence.

We have two big projects happening at our Timberline camp that we’d invite you to participate in: a refresh of our septic system and refinishing the kitchen floor. Both of these projects are critical to have our infrastructure ready to support a full summer of camp. Thanks to your generosity the Timberline electrical project has been completed and we’re excited to have quiet, reliable power all summer long!

We also want to assure you that we are focused on taking proper health preparations for the summer, even as the pandemic wanes, to help all our guests feel welcome and comfortable in our beautiful outdoor settings. We encourage you to review our plans on the website which will be regularly updated with the most recent recommendations and guidelines from the CDC in alignment with federal, state and local mandates.

Thankfully this summer we can get back to doing what we love— sharing Jesus with people through outdoor adventures alongside loving Christian staff. We look forward to seeing you this summer at Kidder Creek!
