Master Site Plan APPROVED!

You may have already heard, but we are so excited that we want to make sure that ALL have heard!

In May, the Master Site Plan was finally approved!

The process took over 14 years and required working with multiple government agencies, county employees, engineers, lawyers, specialists and advisors we were able to produce a document chock full of information to complete our report. That is a miracle itself. This report was scrutinized and critiqued by many individuals and organizations in our state and stood up to the test. Wow!

We are so grateful for all of you who prayed, wrote letters of support, showed up at meetings, and gave resources of time, expertise, and funding to this approval! We could not have made it through without
your support!

We believe that Lord paved the way for this approval as well! There were multiple times when we thought the door was shut on being able to move forward but the Lord provided the right people or the right solution at the right time to allow us to keep going ahead. Praise the Lord for His provision in what we trust was His timing!

What this means

This approval allows us to increase our occupancy to 622 campers in phased approach over the next 20 years. It also allows us to do some much needed improvements to facilities, build new cabins and add recreation opportunities onsite like a seven acre pond, a covered riding arena— and development of the “Adventure Zone”!

Most importantly, these improvements will allow us to more than double our impact and continue to attract campers to Kidder where we have the opportunity to lead them to Jesus.

What are we doing now?

We are currently working on a Phase 1 plan (we anticipate full buildout will be 20 years) and are excited to see how God will continue to provide in surprising ways as we move forward.
